Each year, the Super Lawyers organization uses a combination of peer nominations and independent research to identify prospective candidates for the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Those practicing under the age of 40 are included on the Rising Stars list, while those with long-term legal experience are highlighted on the Super Lawyers list.
