Bio

Rhyan is an associate attorney at Cutt, Kendell & Olson, where he represents individuals and families in plaintiff-side personal injury cases. His practice includes product liability, medical malpractice, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, and other cases involving serious injuries. Rhyan enjoys the investigative and problem-solving aspects of litigation and believes that effective representation begins with understanding his clients, their stories, and how an injury has affected their lives. What he values most is the opportunity to advocate for people during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. He strives to be both a strong voice for his clients and a trusted resource as they navigate the legal process.

Rhyan was born and raised in Utah and earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah before moving to Kentucky to attend the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. While balancing law school with raising a family, Rhyan graduated magna cum laude.

Outside of the office, Rhyan enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, following sports, playing golf, cooking, and taking on home improvement projects.
