Washington County, UT (June 30, 2026) – A woman lost her life on Tuesday afternoon, June 30, after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 near 500 East in Washington County.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, a Toyota Land Cruiser was traveling next to a Ford towing a boat in the far-right southbound lane. The Ford changed lanes and struck the Toyota.
The Toyota driver lost control after the impact. The vehicle left the right side of the roadway and rolled several times before stopping on the dirt shoulder.
Emergency units took the woman to a local hospital. She later died from her injuries. Her name was not released in the initial report.
