West Valley City, UT (September 18, 2026) – Three vehicles were involved in a collision on Interstate 215 near 2900 South in West Valley City Friday morning, September 18.
The accident left one person suffering life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital in Murray.
The Utah Highway Patrol was sent to the highway after the wreck, and three of five lanes were closed for much of the morning commute.
The exact cause of the accident remained under review.
