West Haven, UT (September 24, 2026) – A truck struck a 6-year-old Wednesday night, September 23, on 2550 South, between 2700 West and 2300 South. According to The Weber County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened at about 6:45 p.m.
When first responders arrived they started to provide emergency aid, including CPR, until more emergency units arrived. She was taken to a hospital, where she died of her injuries the following day.
Investigators are still working to determine how the crash happened.
