Washington City, UT (July 24, 2026) – A driver was hurt Thursday evening, July 23, when two SUVs came together as one was making a turn at the intersection of Washington Fields Road and Industrial Road. The collision was reported around 5:03 p.m. Emergency units were called to the intersection shortly after.
Washington City Police said a Toyota Highlander and an Audi Q7 were involved, and both drivers were women. According to reports, it appeared one driver ran a red light while the other was attempting to turn.
Dispatchers initially described the wreck as a T-bone. Based on the visible damage to both vehicles, it more closely resembled a head-on impact. One driver was taken to a hospital with what was described as a semi-minor laceration.
